Ete, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate for the respondents no. 1 & 4 and Mr. D. Kamduk, learned Standing counsel for the Land Management, representing the respondents no. 2 & 3. This is an application seeking impleadment of parties to WP(C)252/(AP)2022, of the following:

(i). The Union of India, represented by the Secretary, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, Central Secretariat, 101-A, South Block, New Delhi-11 as Respondent No. 28;

(ii). The General Officer Commanding-In-Chief (COG-IN-C), Eastern Command of Indian Army, Fort William Kolkata, West Bengal-700021 as Respondent No. 29; and
