Duggong, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present proceedings, the appeal so filed by the petitioner in the matter has been considered and rejected by the appellate authority vide the order dated 09.10.2023. Accordingly, the issued raised in the writ petition has become infructuous. Mr. Duggong submits that the writ petitioner has already instituted proceedings before this Court assailing the order dated 09.10.2023. In view of the said submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. A copy of the order dated 09.10.2023 is kept on record and marked as "x" for the purpose of identification. Interim order, if any, passed shall stand vacated.
