ORDER Date : 10-09-2024 Heard Mr. T. Taba, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms L. Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

¶3This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS praying for grant for bail to the petitioner, who was arrested in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Chimpu P.S. Case No. 38/2024.

¶4Ms L. Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that police has filed the charge sheet in this case. Ms. L. Hage, has submitted the photocopy of the message send to her by the Officer-in-charge of Chimpu Police Station. The Photostat copy of the information shall be kept as part of the record.

¶5Since, the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial court for seeking regular bail. The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court again, if advised.

¶6With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application stands closed and disposed of.
