Heard Mr. A. K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. T. Gyatso, learned Standing Counsel, Horticulture Department, appearing for the respondent.

The petitioner Shri Ashwani Kumar Dubey had filed this application under Article 226 of the Constitution as he was not receiving his pensionary benefits of his service period.

I have considered the submissions at the bar with circumspection.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondent that steps have been taken to Page No.# 3/3 provide the pensionary benefits to the petitioner. The records relating to the steps being taken has been submitted by the respondent.

As per the written instructions place on record, the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Bihar, Patna was authorized for payment of Regular Pension, Family Pension, Gratuity and Commutation to the petitioner by the Deputy Director, Directorate of Pension, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh.

As the matter has been settled and the petitioner is about to receive his pensionary benefits, the matter is closed.

In view of above observation, this writ petition stands
