ORDER
23.01.2024 Heard Ms. N. Daggen, learned counsel for the petitioner whereas the State respondents are represented by Ms. R. Basar, learned Government Advocate, AP. The issue was with regard to the pension of the petitioner which was withheld for non-grant of the clearance by the Vigilance Committee. Ms. Daggen, learned counsel for the petitioner however submits that in the meantime, such clearance has been granted and the said fact has been brought on record in the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the State respondents. In view of the aforesaid development, this Court is of the view that there is no live cause of action to be adjudicated and accordingly the writ petition is closed.
