Heard Mr. T. T. Tara, learned counsel for the petitioners in the above noted writ petitions and also heard Ms. P. Pangu, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent no. 1 and Mr. T. Tagum, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Education Department. Mr. T. T. Tara, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after pursuant of filing of the present writ petitions, the cases of the petitioners in the above noted writ petitions were taken up for consideration and on such consideration being made, they have now been appointed on regular basis as Vice Principal/Headmaster and have been so posted to their respective schools, where they are now presently serving. Accordingly, Mr. Tara, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no live issue arises for consideration in the present proceedings and accordingly, the same may be closed. The above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents.
