None appears for the petitioners on call. Mr. X. Gyati, learned counsel for the sole respondent is present. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that as per order dated 06.09.2023, the petitioners were asked to pay the Page No.# 2/2 interim amount of Rs.20,000/- out of the decreetal amount within a month to the respondent. But the petitioners did not pay the said amount and they could not even appear before this court. It is further submitted that the petitioners remained absent without showing any ground. Therefore, he has prayed that the case may be disposed of by vacating the interim order. I have perused the record. It reveals that since after taking the advantage of the interim order, the petitioners remained absent before this Court without showing any ground. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the revision petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the interim order dated 06.09.2023 stands vacated.
