ORDER Date : 23-10-2024 (Marli Vankung, J) Heard Mr. A. Tabang, learned counsel for the applicant. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, praying for condonation of delay of 57 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the Order dated 25.06.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No. 129/2021. Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. M. Kato, learned DSGI accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No. 5, while Mr. D. Kamduk accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Ms. P. Pangu accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 3 & 4. Mr. A. Tabang, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the reason for the delay has been explained at para 3 of the application. The learned counsels for the respondents submit that they will not be filing any objection. We have perused the reasons for the delay explained in para 3 of the application and also noted that no objection has been raised by the learned counsels for the respondents. We are satisfied with the explanation given at para 3 of the condonation of delay application, which we find is not due to any laches or negligent on the part of the applicant. Accordingly, we condone the delay of 57 days in filing the connected Writ Appeal against the Order dated 25.06.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge Page No.# 8/8 in WP(C) No. 129/2021. IA(C) No. 177/2024 thus stands allowed and disposed of.
