ORDER Date : 01-03-2024 Mr. T. Tayeng, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he is under instructions from the petitioner, not to press this petition any further in view of the certain developments taking place subsequent to institution of the present proceedings.

In view of the submission as made above by Mr. Tayeng, learned counsel for the petitioner; this civil revision petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.

However, as prayed for, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition if an occasion so arises.
