ORDER Date : 26-07-2023 Heard Mr. O. Duggong, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Ms. P. Sangeeta, learned Junior Government Advocate for the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3 and Mr. M. Kato, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 & 5.

¶2This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent no. 1/The Secretary, Food and Civil Supply, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, to dispose of the appeal application filed by the petitioners on 01.10.2021.

¶3The appeal application stated to have been filed by the petitioners on

01.10.2021, have however, not been annexed by the petitioners in the instant writ petition.

¶4Though the respondent no. 2 has filed a counter-affidavit, the respondent no. 1 is yet to file a counter-affidavit.

¶5As the petitioners have not enclosed the appeal application filed on

01.10.2021, the nature of the appeal application filed by the petitioner on

01.10.2021 could naturally not be ascertained.

¶6Be that as it may, having regard to the limited prayer of the petitioners for a direction to the respondent no. 1/The Secretary, Food and Civil Supply, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh to dispose of the appeal application filed by them on 01.10.2021, this writ petition is disposed of by providing that the respondent no. 1/The Secretary, Food and Civil Supply, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh shall dispose of the appeal application filed by the petitioners on Page No.# 4/4

01.10.2021, on its own merit, in accordance with law.
