This is an application under Section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963 Page No.# 2/2 praying for condonation of 19(Nineteen) days of delay in preferring the connected MAC Appeal.

Mr. Kanu, learned counsel for the respondent has fairly submitted that he has no objection, if the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, the delay stands condoned, the connected MAC.App./05(AP)/2023 shall be listed for admission hearing.

With the above observation, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
