Since the connected MAC.App has been registered the impugned Page No.# 2/2 judgment and award dated 06.06.2023 passed by the learned Member, MACT Papum Pare District, Yupia, Arunachal Pradesh in MAC Case No. 06/2018 shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal subject to deposit of 50% of the awarded amount in the tribunal within next 4(four) weeks.
