23.01.2024 Heard Shri T. Omo, learned counsel for the petitioners and also heard Ms. R. Basar, learned State counsel. Shri Omo, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that against the order, dated 11.10.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioners had preferred a Writ Appeal being WA No. 404 (AP) 2023, which, however, has been closed with a further observation that the writ petition was also accordingly closed. The learned counsel for the petitioners has also placed on record, a copy of the order, dated 19.10.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in WA No. 404 (AP) 2023. Ms. Basar, the learned State counsel endorses to the aforesaid submission. In view of the development achieved, no separate order is required to be passed in this petition and the same stands closed in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in WA No. 404 (AP) 2023.
