29.08.2022, passed by this Court in WP(C)289(AP)2022, whereby the Deputy Commissioner, East Kameng District, Seppa was directed to dispose of the representation that may be filed by the petitioners within a period of 2(two) months. Mr. Tapin, learned counsel for the respondent has produced before this Court an order dated 01.02.2023 passed by the Deputy Commissioner(In-charge), East Kameng District, Seppa, vide No.LM-182/2011-12, whereby the representation filed by the petitioners dated 31.08.2022 before the Deputy Commissioner, East Kameng District, Seppa, pursuant to the order dated 29.08.2022 passed in WP(C)289(AP)2022 have been disposed of. A copy of the order dated 01.02.2023 has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Milli by Mr. Tapin, learned counsel for the respondent, who on perusal of the said order submits that the order dated 29.08.2022 passed by this Court in WP(C)289(AP)2022 has been complied with by the Deputy Commissioner, East Kameng District, Seppa. In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed. A copy of the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner(In-charge), East Kameng District, Seppa, vide No.LM-182/2011-12, produced by Mr. Tapin, learned counsel for the respondent is retained on record, which shall form part of the record and shall be marked as 'x' for identification.
