ORDER Date : 08-11-2024 Heard Mr. W. Khomrang, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. T. Tagum, learned Standing counsel for the Education Department, representing all the respondents.

¶2This is an application under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners on 03.10.2024 to the Director of Secondary Education and also the representation dated 07.10.2024, submitted to the President, Arunachal Teachers Association, praying for implementation of their transfer order by releasing the petitioners from their place of posting. Page No.# 3/4

¶3It is submitted by Mr. Khomrang, learned counsel for the petitioners that, despite submitting representations to the concerned authority, the petitioners' release orders have not been issued, preventing them from joining their new place of posting. Consequently, the present writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent authorities, more particularly the respondent No. 3, i.e., the Deputy Director of School Education, Seppa, East Kameng District, Arunachal Pradesh, to issue the release orders of the petitioners and to forward their Service-books in their respective place of posting.

¶4Mr. Tagum, learned Standing counsel representing the respondent authorities, submits in this regard, that he has received instructions that the process for issuing the release orders of the petitioners have already been initiated and the administrative approval from the concerned authority will be obtained soon and the entire process for issuance of the release orders as well as forwarding Service-books etc. of the petitioners will be completed within 2

(two) weeks.

¶5Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels for both the sides and the initiative taken by the respondent authorities, the present writ petition is disposed of, in the motion stage itself, with a direction to the respondent authorities, more particularly the respondent No. 3, i.e., the Deputy Director of School Education, Seppa, East Kameng District, to issue the release orders of the petitioners, after getting the administrative approval from the authority concerned and also, to forward the Service-books of the petitioners to their respective place of posting. ¶6The writ petition stands disposed of, in terms above.
