This I.A. has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with a prayer to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the connected appeal. We have perused the grounds stated in the I.A. explaining the delay. The opposite party has filed objection. We have perused the same. After going through the pleadings of the parties, we are of the opinion that the applicant has sufficiently explained the delay in filing the connected appeal. As such, the delay of 89 days in filing the connected appeal stands condoned. I.A. stands allowed. On the request of Mr. Neog, office to list the connected writ appeal on 08-04-2024 for admission.
