Mr. G. Bam, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has an instruction to withdraw the present writ petition. Therefore, he prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the same with a liberty to file a fresh.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of on withdrawal, with a liberty, as prayed for.
