ORDER

09.12.2024 (Robin Phukan, J.) Heard Mr. U. Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N. Ratan, learned Additional Advocate General of Arunachal Pradesh for the State respondents. Pursuant to order of this court, dated 04.12.2024, Mr. Ratan has produced a report of the respondent authorities before this court. We have perused the report and it appears that the contractor has started some works. It also appears from the record that the time of completion of the project is till 2026. On such count, approaching this court by filing the present petition appears to be an overhasty decision. At this stage, Mr. Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may Page No.# 3/3 be permitted to withdraw this PIL, with a liberty to approach this court again as and when required. We deemed it appropriate to allow Mr. Deka to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, this PIL stands disposed of on withdrawal. However, liberty will remain with the petitioner to approach this court again by filing appropriate PIL, as and when required.
