By filing this writ petition, the petitioner is impugning the order dated 29.10.2024, passed by the Deputy Director of School Education, West Siang District, Aalo, Arunachal Pradesh transferring the petitioner

(MTS) from Government Higher Secondary School, Yomcha to the Government Secondary P.I. Colony, Aalo.

Mr. A. K. Singh, referring to the representation dated 11.11.2024 submitted by the petitioner to the Director Elementary Education, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh seeking cancellation of the transfer order dated 29.10.2024, submits that the writ petition may be dispose of with a direction to the Director Elementary Education, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh to dispose of the representation dated 11.11.2024, within a reasonable time frame.

Mr. T. Tagum, learned Standing Counsel for the Education Department submits that he has no objection to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, if the submission is limited to the extent of disposing the representation dated 11.11.2024.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed with a direction to the Director Elementary Education, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh to dispose the Page No.# 3/3 representation dated 11.11.2024, submitted by the petitioner within a period of 15(fifteen) days from today by a Speaking Order. Any order passed shall be forthwith furnished to the petitioner.

Writ petition stands disposed.
