ORDER Date : 22-11-2023 Heard Mr. K. Taja, the learned counsel for the applicants. And also heard Mr. T. D. Kee, the learned counsel for the respondent/opposite party and Mr. G. Tara, the learned Standing, Rural Work Deparment, Arunachal Pradesh, representing all the State respondents.

By filling this application, the applicants prays for impleadment of the applicants in the connected WP(C) No. 546(AP)/2023 (M/s Samco Construction Co. Versus State of Arunachal Pradesh and Ors.) on the ground that the petitioner has challenged the rejection of his bid by the respondent authority pursuant to the NIT dated

28.09.2023, which would affect the interest of applicants.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that they are one of the successful bidder pursuant to NIT dated 28.09.2023. Any order passed in the writ petition may affect the applicants. Therefore, they being the necessary parties prays that the applicants be allowed to implead and participate in the writ proceedings.

Page No.# 5/5 The prayer is not being opposed by the writ petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants and prayer being not opposed to that by the writ petitioner and respondents, I deem it appropriate to allow the applicants to implead as respondent No.6 and respondent No.7 in WP(C) No. 546(AP)/2023 (M/s Samco Construction Co. Versus State of Arunachal Pradesh and Ors.). Applicants be impleaded as respondent No.6 and respondent No.7, accordingly.

This interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
