This is an application for review of the judgment and order dated 24.09.2024, passed by this Court in MACApp. No. 25(AP)/2018. Considering that the application for review is to the extend of correction of typographical error, wherein the date of filing of the claim petition has been Page No.# 2/2 inadvertently recorded as 17.01.2014 in the above judgment and order, the present review petition is considered and disposed of without issuing notice to the respondent/claimant as no prejudice will caused to the respondent. Having considered that this Court while disposing of the above MACApp No. 25(AP)/2018 at paragraph No. 16, inadvertently, has recorded the date of filing of the petition as 17.01.2014, which ought to have been 14.12.2016, this review petition is allowed. Accordingly, the date of filing of the claim petition which is recorded as

17.01.2014 in paragraph No. 16 of the judgment and order dated 24.09.2024, passed in MACApp. No. 25(AP)/2018, be read as 14.12.2016.
