ORDER Date : 13-12-2024 Heard Mr. J. Jini, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. L. Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondent.

¶2In terms of the liberty as granted by this Court vide order dated

04.12.2024, the applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer

(IO) on 09.12.2024 and 10.12.2024 and his statements have been so Page No.# 2/2 recorded.

¶3In the above view of the matter and the applicant not having violated the conditions so imposed by this Court, while granting interim pre-arrest bail vide order dated 04.12.2024, this Court is of the considered view, on perusal of the Case Diary that further custodial interrogation of applicant in the matter would not be called for and accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail granted by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2024 is hereby made absolute, subject to the following conditions:

(i). the applicant shall continue to cooperate with the I.O and shall appear before the IO, as and when, called for.

(ii). That the applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts either to the Police Officer or to the Court;

(iii). The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Yupia, without prior permission from the learned CJM, Yupia, during the investigation period.
