By filing this application under Order XXIII Rule 1 (3) of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the applicant has prayed for withdrawal of the I.A (C) No. 207(AP)/2024 in the connected Election Petn. No. 08(AP)/2024, with a liberty to file a fresh on the ground of defective.

Mr. D. Panging, learned counsel for the opposite party/respondent No. 1 and Ms. B. Pulu, learned counsel for the opposite party/respondent No. 3 raises no objection.

Having considered the submissions and prayer not being objected to by the learned counsel for the opposite parties/respondents, the present application is allowed. Page No.# 3/3

Accordingly, the I.A (C) No. 234(AP)/2024 is allowed to be withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh.
