¶11The present application has been filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condonation of delay of 32 days in filing the connected writ appeal. The ground explaining the delay has been set out in paragraph-4 & 5 of the application. We have perused the application more particularly, paragraph-4 & 5 and we are satisfied that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. The delay of 32 days in filing the connected writ appeal is accordingly condoned. The application stands disposed.
