ORDER Date : 12-12-2024 Heard Mr. T. Gyadi, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent.

¶2The present application has been instituted by the applicant praying for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, in Page No.# 2/3 connection with Itanagar P.S. Case No. 223/2024, under Sections 126(2)/118(1)/351(2)/3(5)/409 of the BNS.

¶3This Court vide order dated 04.12.2024, enlarged the petitioner on interim pre-arrest bail of Rs.10,000/- with surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. In terms of the directions so passed by this Court, the applicant had appeared before the Investigating Officer on 06.12.2024 and his statement was recorded.

¶4Today, when the matter was taken up, the up-dated case diary was placed before this Court along with a forwarding note dated 06.12.2024 of the I.O. wherein, it has been stated that the investigation of the case is complete and accordingly, the interim bail granted hereby be made absolute.

¶5In view of the above position, the interim pre-arrest bail as granted by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2024, is hereby made absolute, subject to the following conditions;

i) the applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer, in the event, any further particulars or materials is so required from him.

ii) the applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or, to any police officer.

¶6Accordingly, bail application stands disposed of.
