Heard Mr. L. Perme, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. P.K. Tiwari, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. K. Saxena, learned counsel for the respondents.

¶2In this application, 19 applicants have prayed for impleading them as respondent Nos. 22 – 40, in W.P.[C] No. 405/2021 and in I.A.[C] No. 03/2023.

¶3Mr. Perme, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are necessary parties to the proceeding in the W.P.[C] No. 405/2021 and in I.A.[C] No. 203/2023, and therefore, it is contended to allow this application, by impleading the applicants in W.P.[C] No. 405/2021 and in I.A.[C] No. 203/2023, as respondent Nos. 22 – 40.

¶4Mr. Tiwari, learned Senior Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event of impleading the applicants in W.P.[C] No. 405/2021 and in I.A.[C] No. 203/2023, as respondent Nos. 22 – 40.

¶5Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this Court is inclined to allow this application, by impleading the 19 applicants as respondent Nos. 22 – 40, in W.P.[C] No. 405/2021 and in I.A.[C] No. 03/2023.

¶6In terms of above, this IA stands disposed of.
