Heard Mr. T. Tagum, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Ms. T. Jini, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Arunachal Pradesh for the State. This is an application seeking impleadment of Victim-B, Victim-C, Victim-D, Victim-M, and Victim-R, as respondent Nos.4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 in the connected I.A. (Crl.) No.93/2024, in Criminal Appeal No.33/2024. Having considered the submissions of the parties and also considering that the victims/informants are to be arrayed as party respondents in the Criminal Appeal/Applications etc. in POCSO Case, we deem it appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, the Victim-B, Victim-C, Victim-D, Victim-M, and Victim-R be allowed to be impleaded as party respondent Nos.4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 in the connected I.A. (Crl.) No.93/2024, in Criminal Appeal No.33/2024. The Interlocutory Application stands allowed.
