The present interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant praying for impleading 2(two) respondents in the connected writ petition, however, on perusal by this Court, it is seen that the opposite party No.1, has not been correctly described. The applicant has to implead the Union of India, not the Secretary of the concern department as a party respondent.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present interlocutory application with a liberty to file the same.

Accordingly, prayer is accepted.

Interlocutory application stands dismissed on withdrawal.
