Heard Mr. S. Mow, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. I. Riram, learned Addl. Senior Govt. Advocate for the State respondents No.1 & 4 and Mr. R. Saikia, learned counsel, appears for the respondents No.5, 6 & 7. None appears for the respondents No. 2 & 3. This is an application praying for substitution of the applicant as the petitioner No.1 in writ petition being WP(C)323(AP)2019, as a legal representative of late Rana Ngadong, who was the petitioner in the above referred writ petition. Considering that the petitioner No.1 had expired, the applicant being the wife of late Rana Ngadong, who wish to pursue the matter as petitioner No.1; and the prayer for substitution not being objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents, the application is allowed, permitting the applicant Smti Numishi Ngadong as the petitioner No.1 in place of her late husband Shri Rana Ngadong.
