This is an application praying for impleadment of the Principal Director, Defence Estates, Eastern Command, Kolkata and the Defence Estate officer, Page No.# 3/3 Itanagar, Model Village Naharlagun as party respondents No.7 and 8 in the connected writ petition being WP(C)508(AP)2024. Having considered the nature of grievance raised in the connected writ petition and the grounds for impleadment, as well as also considering that the prayer not being objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents, I deem it appropriate to allow this application as the proposed respondents appears to be a necessary parties in the connected writ proceedings. Accordingly, the authorities/officers, namely, the Principal Director, Defence Estates, Eastern Command, Kolkata and the Defence Estate officer, Itanagar, Model Village Naharlagun are allowed to be impleaded as respondents No.7 and 8 in the connected WP(C) No.508(AP)2024.
