Heard Mr. N. Kago, learned counsel for the applicant. By filing this application, the applicant/writ petitioner has prayed for allowing him to correct the typographical errors in the connected writ petition being WP(C)/462(AP)2024 whereby the petitioner has inadvertently written M/s Capital Page No.# 5/5 Enterprise and M/s Yana Enterprise as respondents No. 7 & 8 instead of respondents No. 6 & 7. Having considered the submissions and on perusal of the application and also the prayer not being objected to by the learned standing counsel for the Rural Works Department, Mr. G. Tarak, the petitioner is allowed to correct the typographical error being respondents No. 7 & 8 as respondents No. 6 & 7 in the connected writ petition. Interlocutory application stands disposed of.
