ORDER [Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made in the previous listing on 17.06.2025, which reads as follows: Page Nos.2/5 'W.P.No.4532 of 2022 & W.M.P.No.4666 of 2022 M.SUNDAR,J., HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., There is no representation for writ petitioner either in the physical Court or on the 'VC' ['Videoconferencing'] platform. To be noted, this is a hybrid hearing, which is a regular/routine/daily feature in this Court.

¶2With the intention of giving opportunity to the writ petitioner and learned counsel for writ petitioner, list this matter again tomorrow but under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'. List on 18.06.2025.'.

¶2As regards the writ petitioner, the position is no different today. Though captioned matter is listed under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' pursuant to our earlier proceedings, there is no representation for writ petitioner but Mr.M.S.Arasakumar, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R4 and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned counsel for R5 are before this Court.
