¶2The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner in W.P.No.49081 of 2025 on instruction would submit that the writ petitioner has no objection in allowing these miscellaneous petitions.

¶3Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions and that the petitioner in W.P.No.49081 of 2025 has no objection in allowing the above miscellaneous petitions, these petitions are ordered.
