Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the relief sought for in these appeals has become infructuous, and therefore, the appeals may be closed.

¶2Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, these appeals are disposed of as infructuous. However, it is made clear that the parties are at liberty to raise all their respective contentions in the pending suit in C.S.No.358 of 2020. Since the property in question is a temple property and the dispute relates to the framing of a scheme, the learned Single Judge is requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year. The parties shall extend their full cooperation for the early disposal of the suit.

¶3Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
