ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 28.10.2025 for transfer of patta and subdivision of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶2The petitioner has filed supporting documents in support of his application seeking for transfer of patta. Since the application dated 28.10.2025 has not been considered till date by the third respondent, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

¶3Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Page3 of 4

¶4No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid application of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections if any from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the respondents deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's online application dated 28.10.2025 seeking for transfer and subdivision of patta in his name for the subject property, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents and after hearing objections if any from the neighbouring land owners and any other party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
