2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3.Notice was ordered to the respondents. However, service has not been completed on some of the respondents.

4.Accepting the averments made in the affidavit endorsed with the petition, this petition shall stand allowed on payment of cost of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 13.08.2026. Failing which, this petition shall automatically stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.

5.Registry is directed to number the Appeal Suit if it is otherwise in order and post the Appeal in the usual course.
