ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.62 of 20222, within a time frame, fixed by this court.

¶2The petitioners herein filed the above said suit seeking partition of the suit properties against the respondents and they also challenged the validity of the various registered documents.

¶3A perusal of the e-courts status filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that pleadings of the parties were completed and the suit is posted for framing of issues. Though the suit was posted for framing of issues early as on

16.06.2025, till date issues have not been framed and hence, the suit is not posted for trial.

¶4Taking into consideration that the suit is of the year 2022 and the pleadings of the parties were already completed, this court is inclined to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.62 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible. Page5 of 7
