According to the petitioner, till date, despite the order dated 06.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.36442 of 2024, the respondent is yet to pass final orders on the petitioner's application for issuance of patta. The period of twelve (12) weeks fixed in the order dated 06.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.36442 of 2024 has also got lapsed.

¶3Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and on instructions, he would submit that the respondent shall pass orders on the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of patta as directed by this Court in the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.36442 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
