ORDER This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated
16.11.2025 passed by the third respondent rejecting the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of patta in her favour for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner has challenged the impugned order on the ground that it violates the principles of natural justice and that it is a non-speaking order.
¶2According to the petitioner, without conducting any proper enquiry, by a non-speaking order, the impugned order has been passed by the third respondent rejecting the petitioner's application seeking for issuance of patta in her name for the subject property.
¶3Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fourth respondent in this writ petition, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.
¶4No prejudice will be caused to the third respondent if the impugned order, which is a non-speaking order and has been passed without conducting Page3 of 4 any enquiry, is quashed and remanded back to the first respondent for fresh consideration on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:-
