ORDER This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the docket order dated

¶2The petitioner herein presented the plaint in O.S.Sr.No.855 of 2025 before the Trial Court and the same was returned on 19.08.2025 raising objections with regard to the pecuniary jurisdiction. The petitioner re-Page2 of 5 presented the papers on 11.09.2025, offering her explanations. Again, the plaint was returned by the Trial Court on 20.09.2025 raising certain objections. Aggrieved by the returned order dated 20.09.2025, the petitioner has come before this court.

¶3If the petitioner is aggrieved by the objections raised by the Trial Court dated 20.09.2025, she has to re-present the papers, offering her explanations and if the court is satisfied with the explanations offered by the petitioner, the plaint shall be taken on file. On the other hand, if the court is not satisfied with the explanations offered by the petitioner, the matter shall be called in open court and the petitioner shall be given an opportunity to put forth her case. After hearing the petitioner, the trial court shall pass orders on its own merits.

¶4Therefore, the petitioner is directed to re-present the returned plaint before the trial court again, offering her explanations to the objections raised by the trial court by order of return dated 20.09.2025. The explanations offered by the petitioner shall be considered by the concerned court and order shall be passed on its own merits, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as indicated above.
