ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has paid arrears of maintenance of Rs.84,000/- by way of two Demand Drafts bearing Nos.515463, dated

07.02.2026 for Rs.20000/- and 515466 dated 09.02.2026, for Rs.64,000/- to the 1st respondent thereby the conditional order dated 24.02.2026 passed by this Court is complied with.

¶2Since the conditional order is complied with, the earlier of attachment of salary is revoked. However, the petitioner is hereby directed to pay a sum of Page4 of 6 Rs.20,000/- per month to the 1st respondent as maintenance as ordered by this Court without fail, if any deviation, salary will be attached.
