ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation, dated 30.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶2The petitioners have made representation, dated 30.12.2025 before the second respondent seeking to decide their seniority as per the Act. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

¶3Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioners' representation Page3 of 4 dated 30.12.2025, as expeditiously as possible.

¶4Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioners dated 30.12.2025 will be considered and appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶5Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

¶6Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' representation, dated

30.12.2025, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
