ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pay interest at the rate of 6% per annum for the belated disbursement of provident fund, Gratuity and Earned Leave Surrender, and consequently direct the respondents to settle the unpaid Surrendered Leave Salary and last 15 days salary to the petitioner.

¶2With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

¶3It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner, who had joined the services of the respondent Corporation, had retired from service in the year 2022, however, the terminal benefits have been settled only on 31.05.2023.
