ORDER This matter has been filed challenging the Tender Notice No.41 / 2023-2024 / SDO dated 06.01.2024 and Tender Notice No. 42/ 2023-2024 /SDO dated 08.01.2024 issued by the 2nd Respondent and its respective online Schedule of Works dated 02.02.2024 issued by the 2nd Respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and non-est in law and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to conduct-re-tender with respect to the 2 works i.e., (i) Upgradation of 6/2 of Ayyampalayam road-Kunnathur road to Pudupalayam Page3 of 5 road and (ii) Upgradation of Sangeethavadi BR road to Adhanur road, by following appropriate procedures.

¶2Today, when this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, bid was finalised, work order was issued in favour of the 4th respondent and the 4th respondent, on receiving the entire amount has completed the project and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
