Page4 of 6 COMMON ORDER On the earlier occasion, i.e on 05.02.2026, this Court had directed the respondents to physically verify the equipments of the contractors and to issue the Plant and Machinery Certificates only after due verification, and to report to this Court on 13.02.2026.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Advocate General would submit that that pursuant to the directions of this Court, physical verification has been undertaken and the certificates have been issued to the eligible contractors.

¶3Recording the said submission, this writ petitions are closed. No costs.
