Judgment
ORDER This petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by 2nd respondent in I.A. No.9 of 2023 in O.A. No.07 of 2001, dated 10.10.2025.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner along with seven others filed I.A No.9 of 2023 in O.A No.7 of 2001 seeking to implead themselves as parties in the main proceedings. The said application was rejected on 10.10.2025 on the ground that there was no justification for Page5 of 7 impleading them as necessary parties. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the main O.A No.07 of 2001 itself was disposed of on 04.11.2025. Against that order, an appeal in A.P No.02 of 2026 was filed before the 1st respondent and the same is pending.
4.In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 17-03-2026 Index: Yes/No (2/2) Speaking/Non-speaking order Uma Page6 of 7 WPoNo.o6071oofo2026 M.DHANDAPANI,oJ.
