N. Meyyalagusivam v. Arulmigu Kavaiyakaliamman Kovil

ORDER The petitioners have filed this petition seeking a direction to the III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, to dispose of the suit in OS No.553 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that some of the parties are senior citizen and prayed for the speedy disposal of O.S.No.553 of 2024, which was filed in the year 2024.

¶3Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2024, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
