O R D E R The Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- " to direct the 2nd Respondent to forthwith issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate and the Working Condition of Plants and Machinery Certificate to the petitioner based on their application dated 22.01.2026, to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender for the work of Widening from Two Lane with Paved Shoulder to Four Lane and Strengthening at Km 60/8 - 66/0 of Omalur - Sankari – Thiruchengode Paramathy Road including CD Works, Construction of Retaining Wall, Construction of Drain and Providing Centre Median pursuant to Tender Notice No. 53 / 2025-2026 / HDO, Dated. 20.01.2026, which was officially published on

22.01.2026 in https.//tntenders.gov.in/nicgep/app, issued by the 1st Respondent.."

¶2When the matter came up for hearing, the learned AGP appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the "Work Site Inspection Certificate" and the "Working Condition of Plants & Machineries Certificate" would be issued forthwith, if all other parameters are in order. However, he further submitted that the Pollution Control Certificate had not been annexed to the petitioner's application. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said certificate had already been forwarded under cover of an e-mail dated 03.02.2026.

¶3In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate and the Working Condition of Plants and Machinery Certificate to the petitioner forthwith, if all other parameters are in order. No costs.
