¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed in Puzhal Panchayat as Sanitary Worker and subsequently, she was absorbed in Greater Chennai Corporation on account of merger. Similarly situated persons worked along with the petitioner have been granted regularisation on completion of three years of service vide GO.(D) No.609 Municipal Administration and water Supplies (MC 3) Department dated

¶3Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
¶4In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
