Judgment

ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to cancel the patta standing in the name of the 7th respondent, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶2The petitioner had given a representation on 29.01.2026 to the official respondents seeking to cancel the patta standing in the name of the 7th respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the said representation was not considered by the Page No.2 of 6 official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition before this Court.

¶4No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with, after hearing the objections of the 7th respondent or any other third party, whom the 4th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶5This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

¶6For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the Page No.3 of 6 petitioner's representation, dated 29.01.2026 seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the 7th respondent for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the 7th respondent or any other third party, whom the 4th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
